At Pawvenue, your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — is our top priority. We stand behind every product in our store and want you to shop with complete confidence.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we've got you covered. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a full refund or replacement — no need to return the item.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or short video showing the issue

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll send the correct item or issue a full refund immediately — no return required.


Order Not Received

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate right away. If your order is confirmed lost, we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.


Change of Mind

As our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind purchases. We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and images carefully before ordering. If you have any questions before purchasing, our team is happy to help.


Final Sale Items

Certain items are marked Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes:

  • Items priced $75 and above
  • All supplements, treats, and consumable food products
  • All pet apparel and clothing
  • Any product explicitly marked "Final Sale" in its listing

Please note: Final Sale items are still covered by our defective/damaged item guarantee. If a Final Sale item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or replacement — no return required.


No Return Shipping Required

We never ask you to ship items back to us. If your item qualifies for a refund or replacement, simply send us your evidence and we'll handle the rest. It's that simple.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Final Notes

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Photo or video evidence is required for damaged or defective claims
  • No return shipping is ever required
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective
  • Pawvenue reserves the right to request additional information to process claims fairly
