Our Shipping Promise

At Pawvenue, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. This is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code needed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.


Multiple Items in One Order

As our products are sourced from different suppliers, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages at different times. Please don't be alarmed if part of your order arrives before the rest — this is completely normal and your full order is on its way.


Customs & Import Duties

Some international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any concerns before placing your order.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of ordering. Pawvenue is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@pawvenue.com. We'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.


Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery attempt is made and you are not available, please follow the instructions left by your carrier to arrange redelivery or collect your package from the designated location. Pawvenue is not responsible for packages that are returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts or unclaimed packages.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday.
